Hope begins in the dark, the stubborn hope that if you just show up and try to do the right thing, the dawn will come. You wait and watch and work: you don't give up.
So what do we do? Anything. Something. So long as we just don't sit there. If we screw it up, start over. Try something else. If we wait until we've satisfied all the uncertainties, it may be too late.
If you wait for the perfect moment when all is safe and assured, it may never arrive. Mountains will not be climbed, races won, or lasting happiness achieved.
All things come round to him who will but wait.
This is what I know. Don't settle for 40, 50, or even 80 percent. A relationship-it shouldn't be too small or too tight or even a little scratchy. It shouldn't take up space in your closet out of guilty conscience or convenience or a moment of desire. Do you hear me? It shold be perfect for you. It should be lasting. Wait. wait for 100 percent.
The wait is over. Valentine's Day is here.
As I wait upon thee, Thou perfect thy work in me.
He work in me to wait upon thee.
Planning is good. Irreverently waiting for something more when God gave you life and a dream today is not good.
Aura, I'm really patient, but I'm not a bloody saint.
Wait patiently but watch prayerfully.
What we are waiting for is not as important as what happens to us while we are waiting. Trust the process.
I don't wait for moods. You accomplish nothing if you do that. Your mind must know it has got to get down to work.
This wait is worth it.
Don't let your genie (inner potential) wait for ever
Donβt wait for perfect conditions because life has no perfect conditions. The secret to success lies in your ability to do more with less.
If you keep waiting for the right time, it may never happen. Sometimes you have to make the most of the time you have.
My point is: maybe you can afford to wait. Maybe for you there's a tomorrow. Maybe for you there's one thousand tomorrows, or three thousand, or ten, so much time you can bathe in it, roll around it, let it slide like coins through your fingers. So much time you can waste it. But for some of us there's only today. And the truth is, you never really know.
Time never wait for your arguments
Find me, as time is a luxury For I wait, under this naΓ―ve moon
