Stop blaming other people for your own behavior! Own the truth. If you don't like it, then invest the time and energy to change it.

Put a little soul in everything you say, in everything you do.

When seeking forgiveness, remember, that forgiveness includes change. Don't just ask for forgiveness because you are sorry. Ask because you are willing to put the time and effort in to change.

The more you do something the easier it gets. Don't expect it to get easier, if you're not putting in the time and energy to make that happen.
