What can we practice daily to become more aware of how we interact with the minds thought commotions? The first step is not to become overly demanding in our attempt to become free of the mind and live more consciously. It is a process and should develop naturally. Therefore, there are no rights or wrongs.
Education is not the acquisition of degrees. It is the broadening of one's mind. It is the process of undertaking and imparting true knowledge. It is the awakening of one's consciousness towards the Universe within us and the Universe around us.
Excessive thinking and more so attachment to thoughts dominate our daily activities. But why? The mind thinks. But you must not. It is a choice. Remember. You are not your thoughts.
