You are not your thoughts. Therefore, it is not necessary to attach yourself to them. Use the following mantra daily. I am not my thoughts. Practice allowing the mind to think. While you remain detached from 99% of the brainβs activities. What about the remaining 1 percent? This is the focus point of your conscious awareness.
Don't say I'm insignificant in the infinite, don't say i'm alone in life, you are a cosmic collection that dances harmoniously. You coexist with all beings, visible and invisible together, you are bound from the energy of the universe itself.
Loss is only temporary when you believe in God!
The only way you're going to reach places you've never gone is if you trust God's direction to do things you've never done.
The soul is the entryway to the heart, the heart is the doorway to the mind, the mind is the hallway to the world, and the world is the passageway to the universe.
Please focus on this simple realization. There is only every now and how you interact with this moment decides everything that you are experiencing. There will be bodily pain but suffering is an option. However, it will first clearly be seen as a choice when you have untangled yourself from the minds conditioned patterns.
